          Welcome to the Medical Information Transcription Service website.  We are a fully equipped, expertly staffed medical transcribing service which can meet all of your needs, either temporarily or on a long term basis.  Our transcriptionists are proficient in any and all information relating to all specialties and sub-specialties.  We are fast, accurate, secure and well established and have been transcribing progress notes, H&P reports, correspondence, operative reports, consultation reports, discharge summaries and journal articles for physicians and hospitals in central New Jersey since 1979.

          Our fee is twelve cents per line.  This includes daily pick up of tapes, memory cards, disc or flash drives and delivery of hard copy
documents, or digital transmission.  We also maintain a 24 hour telephone call-in dictation/fax/digital system for your use.  Our turn around time for dictated information is 1-2 hours for the telephone/fax/digital system and one day for tapes, discs or drives.  We absorb all costs for equipment, equipment maintenance and repair, office space, supplies, employee benefits programs, etc.  No contract or letter of agreement is required and you may use our service as often or as seldom as you like.

           You are welcome to use our telephone/fax/digital system immediately (732-270-1033) on a trial basis.  There will be no charge for your first three documents.
